Terms of Service — CrabTalk

1) The App

CrabTalk is a client application that connects to an OpenClaw server you specify. CrabTalk does not provide or host OpenClaw servers.

2) Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your OpenClaw server and access tokens
• Ensuring you have the right to connect to and use the OpenClaw server you configure
• Complying with all laws and third-party policies applicable to your server and content

3) Tokens and access

If you provide an access token, CrabTalk will use it to authenticate to your server. You can revoke tokens on your server at any time. You understand that anyone with your token may be able to access your server, depending on your server configuration.

4) Content and server responses

CrabTalk transmits your voice input to your configured server and displays or plays the server’s responses. We are not responsible for:

• The content produced by or stored on your OpenClaw server
• Any actions your OpenClaw server performs
• Any third-party services integrated into your server

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use CrabTalk to violate laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to interfere with, exploit, or access systems without authorization
• Misrepresent your affiliation with OpenClaw or any third party

6) Intellectual property

CrabTalk and related branding (excluding third-party marks) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.

"OpenClaw" is a trademark of its respective owner. CrabTalk is a third-party client and is not necessarily affiliated with or endorsed by the trademark owner.

7) Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8) Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR YOUR OPENCLAW SERVER.

10) Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if required by law or if you violate these Terms.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
