  • Check your server URL includes https://
  • Verify your token is valid and not expired
  • Confirm the server is reachable on your network or VPN
  • If using self-signed certs, enable "Allow self-signed certificates" in Advanced
  • Try "Test Connection" again after fixing any issues

  • Approximate time of the issue
  • App version
  • Device + iOS/Android version
